Kanchenjunga Trek
Of all the world's great peaks, Kanchenjunga is perhaps the least known; the third highest in the world at 8,586m, it sits astride the Nepal and Sikkim border only a few miles from Tibet. This route was opened to the trekkers in 1988, though people have trekked in the area in connection with mountaineering expeditions since the turn of the century. Barely explored, trekking in Kanchenjunga Glacier and northern Kanchenjunga Base camp trek offer superb views of three peaks above 8000m and more than eleven peaks above 7000m. A trip to Kanchenjunga offers the possibilities of a Trek to Kanchenjunga, trek to northern Kanchenjunga, and trekking to Kanchenjunga region. Trekking in Kanchenjunga requires special Kanchenjunga trekking permit and Kanchenjunga itineraries.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel.
