Dhudkunda trek is a newly opened trekking destination in Nepal. Starting either from Jiri or Phaplu, trek to Dudh Kunda introduces the visitors with many spectacular sites of natural and cultural significance forming an important part of trekking in Everest region. It is in lower part of solukhumbu. Dudh kunda is situated at the foot of Mt. Number, Dudh Kunda is considered both by the Buddhist and Hindus to be a very holy Lake. In every year in the month of August, it goes a faire for the devotes like Sadhus. This trek in Nepal attracts thousands of pilgrims every year.
